pic 2 looks like it still has the membrane, since you picked the hull the membrane wont come off naturally most likely, you may have to take a razor and split them.

these sprouts have barely come out of the ground, i would have just left them the hull almost always comes off on its own.

There is no way these plants are putting that much bud guys , these plants are pretty tiny im guessing 15-30 grams per plant.

Could do with blue iris , no sub, OTP. Its also why i suggested sv3c, they don't do funny things like amcrest does so you have to use their dvrs, so you can easily use them with good software like blue iris.

I cant say to that exact model, nor to your exact use case, i use a selection of their cameras with blue iris And would buy their cams again. that one you listed is wide angle , that's probably good indoor. The other cam had app support for android id imagine this one does as well.

Those leaves are old and likley to yellow and fall off soon any way , the rest of the plant looks healty, it would be my advice to not ADD, but to wait and see if you see any signs on new growth.

Judging by the lights and their height , i don't think its light burn , and i don't see the typical signs of light burn on the leaves , the tips are showing a small sign of "possible" nutrient burn but from the shot you gave alone your grow is looking okay imo..
