are you letting your soil dry well before adding more water? Dub suggested you are overwatering, flushing isnt going to help if you have root rot from not letting them dry up first.

first watering, nute mix went in at 7.0ph, and runoff came out at 6.0.

I purchased a large bag of the bigger perlite and after playing with the ratio, decided on 1.5 gal of perlite to 5 gallons of sunshine #4 + 4 tablespoons of dolomite lime. We'll see what happens as we go..
