This is only a guess on my part but, if he's had seed orders seized by customs, that might be the reason for the hassles they've been giving him. I don't think they'd take the required amount of time to go checking out various State's data sites for arrest info and stuff like that...

I'm actually fully expecting to get a package with green tape and a letter from customs. My order sat in Chicago for 5 days before any movement. Then, it sat in a Chicago facility for another 2 days. I've got a bad feeling about this one!
