what is a good relative humidity % ????????? for grow room

My friend just built grow room in addition to house ,and when he built grow room he used cement board on all sides,holes cut for venting fans ..Says he did it so the porkchoppers cant pick up on grow room with infrored cams..??? has anyone heard of this !!! seems a bit extreem to me

well the 5th weekers are starting to bud !ye haa and 8th weeker is still bonzi from not starting it proper(if youv read other theads you know lol ) but is so health other wise and closeup of milky trics on 8th weeker !shes covered with them and 3 weeks to go maybe 4 because of early shock...
