I appreciate the input from everyone ;-) So far I have clipped a couple of lower buds, and have trimmed out what I can see on the rest. The main cola is huge and looking clear so far. I'm going to watch it closely the next day or so and see if these 'pods' start to spread. If so - it's chop time.

it's weird. Look at the bottom right of the first picture - it doesn't look like your typical female flower. Maybe they are empty seed pods bursting? This plant is 10 weeks into 12/12. On the rest of the bud there are full blown female calyx's all over, but these bright green little thingies...

don't want to chop her ... Other than the very tips of several of the buds, the rest is pure female. I guess I can trim the bananas off, and let her go.The main cola still looks very good.

Take a look... It's in the 8th week of flowering, and I'm startin to see some strange looking 'flowers' intermixed with solid female calyx's, particularly near the tips of the lower branch buds. Is this thing starting to herm on me? what should I do?

Yes, I certainly think so. Just seeing a number of different buds at various stages of flowering has helped me to feel more comfortable in WAITING. I think I may have pulled mine too soon otherwise, without something to compare to visually.

fdd2blk, nice thread... Here's a couple of mine that are 60 days into 12/12. OK - Lemme guess... two weeks?? the thing I'm noticing is that some of the buds (lower ones) are showing the browning pistils before the tops, which stay whiter.

@mcpurple: Yeah, I think I'm close to that window. If I had a little more room I could bend the branches out some to let some light into the lower nodes. But the grow cabinet is packed with a humidifier (I'm in the desert), fan, thermostat, and a heater (outside shed). Oh, and that's right, a...

3 months old. 22 days into 12/12. 1 Big bang, and two (quality) bagseed: I used some light LST on all three, but the one in the front had the most work. It has a number of small bud sites, one of which is highlighted. Would like to continue LST since they have been stretching quite a bit, but...

heh heh heh that's good :D What I've noticed is that the smoke is very weak but seems to have the characteristics (in this case big bang's mellowness) it's supposed to produce. Looking forward to a few months from now... but still wish it were a bit stronger right NOW

yeah, a bit OT, but the wireless cam has been awesome to monitor condition. I was out of state last week, and I could log in from my friends computer to see how they're doing in real time! I had to ask the wife to water a bit extra cause it got a little hot outside, and I could see the droop.
