its all good. this first grow is really just supposed to be a learning experience, but it wouldve been nice to at least get a little out of all the money and time. how long do you think i should let it grow, until i can make hash out of the leaves? could i grind it up now?

i think it has shown sex now unfortunately. ill post pics tomorrow. there are little pollen sacs where it looks like seeds are forming on a couple of the nodes. im going to wait it out a little longer but i think its almost a definite male :sad:

so my plant is a male. im waiting it out to see if it is a hermie at all, but my question is how long do i have to wait until i can just grind it up and make hash?

agreed. im probably going to stop growing the plant pretty soon so the seed sacs dont burst open and pollen gets into the room

thanks for noticing that. well im basically 100% positive its a male, im just waiting to see if it got stressed out somehow and is trying to be a hermie. im hoping for the best, but cant you at least grind up all of the leaves of the male plant and at least make some hash or something?

1. Start using nutes once your plant/s is/are about 2-3 weeks old, and yes start the nutes at 1/4 strength especially if you already have nutes in your soil 2. I havent used fox farm yet, but from what i can see, they are definitely the best nutes you can get. 3. Once your seedling cracks...

so ive been flowering for about a week now, and the lights i have going for my one plant are 2 42watt 2700K cfls, and 2 27watt 6500K cfls. i know that the 2700K bulbs are better for flowering cause their light is in the red spectrum, and the 6500K are better for vegging, but will my plant...

when the seed hasnt sprouted you dont need to leave it under light i dont think, because the light really wont do anything to the seed cause it wont penetrate the soil and hit it directly. could be wrong though. once the seed sprout, its time for a lighting schedule for veg for sure

ive never done topping and havent read too much into outside of the basics like how to do it, so i dont want to steer you in the wrong direction. id say if you just topped it, leave it in veg for 2 more weeks like you had planned just so if there were any probs, there wouldnt be then. hope all...

yeah man just use some cfls. thats all i used for my grow and it worked great for me. plus with all of the cfls you will be using, there will be light from all angles so your plant will get adequate light from all angles

i guess hairs isnt the correct term to use. i was referring to the thin tiny leaf looking things that point straight up from each side of the node in the pics. i could be wrong about all of this haha.
