    So if u run 0.1 PSIG for fifteen minutes than i would have to open up my needle valve to release at 14.8 PSI for fifteen minutes.. correct?!?!

    Thank u for the reply! but I've been there already. My problem is on the out put side of the regulator. My pressure meter reads in PSI/kg/2 (I don't have a flow meter) I just need to know how many PSI for how long to open up on the exit side. Thank u again!bongsmilie
