so I should replant them where the water leafs are about a half inch above the dirt? And move the lights very close?

I have normal house lights on them. 100w lights you would put in your kitchen. Thanks for the advice. It has really helped.

They already have there second leafs. They are actually starting on their 3rd set of leafs. But this whole time their water leafs have been opend and upward.
