I have also noticed the insane amounts of nutes your hitting these plants with, saw alittle bit of nute burn at the biggening but after the plants stabilized i have seen nothing but vigorous growth. Since it starts at the base of the leaf and looks to be eatting its way up, I would have to say either NUTE burn or a fungus, but the pic isnt clear enough to really disinguish. Just back off the nutes and flush with some wistilled or RO water until the pot floods through and see if that works
