two 30 watt warm white blubs ive just moved them up to take a pic there normally 2 inches away what ever the fuck it is it stinks plus if its nowhere near ready why are the bright white hairs drying out and turning brown

its been flowering for 45 days now it was bagseed and i think its cheese. its in a grow cabinet under cfl's ne way my problem is this its been 45 days and it says cheese is about 65 days the hairs r starting to dry out and turn brown only the buds havnt exactly budded yet meaning it hasnt...

i found this Energy Saving Spiral 85 watt BC and with the cfl's that say daylight does that mean cool white, i just found out im using warm white when i wanna b using cool white
