Well I'm getting an eighth soon and i'm not sure how much to take. I weigh in around 130ish 5' 7" and have healthy everything (metabolism, heart rate, etc.). I probably won't do them again so the building of tolerance to them doesn't matter. I don't want to trip so much balls that I don't know...
