Update: Closer Lights. No light in res. 2 40 watt cfl flo's. One More Question, If i was not able to afford hps or whatever would it be ok to use 2 40 watt cfl's really close to the plant maybe longer periods of light aswell??

Ok So i have grew before but just pots and outside, i decided that i would to give hydro a shot so i made the device and got the materials and now i would like to know how it looks or how you rate. Thankyou P.S. Could you tell me what week you think shes in cause i have totaly lost track...
