Halogens are not good all around. They get VERY hot, dont really put out what the plants need, and are a fire hazard. Just stick to Flouros, HID, or CFL

Keep those lights strategically placed to cover your small plants and they will grow. But i still would recommend at least 100w a plant for ample nugs.

I use these EXACT ones with my 68w 27k lights you can get there. I know you can get this all online, but i prefer cash, and next to no trail.

Holy crap, im sorry man. I have been zapped by 120v a few times, but never 220. I have never even heard a 220 short (ive heard its scary). Careful!, imagine if it was your other hand that was grounded! Right through your body! Lesson : Don't do electrical stuff baked :P

You can always test it with a hair dryer. It will trip within a minute if something else of value is running on it.
