its just heat burn it also looks like you have an overwatering problem i had the same thing happen early on in my grow

worms eat fallen foliage so be sure to keep them happy by dropping some decaying grass or leaves in with them

how close are your lights it sounds like light burn remember no closer than 2 inches and no more than 5 inches
