    Mother nature hydroponics

I went into Organically Grown the other day and they have root maker pots, they are air-pot knockoffs. They look pretty cool, a little different in design and seem to be made from a more flimsy plastic than the air-pots. Looks like some of their prices are now actually a few points under msrp...

    Mother nature hydroponics

I've chatted with few of the guys that work at Mother Nature, while it's evident they've done some reading it seems most of that reading is the backs of bottles and internet heresay/ anecdotes. They need to get a damn credit card machine. Their excuse that many customers prefer cash in BS...

    1 600w on light mover, or 2 600w stationary in 4x8 tent?

Your yield will be far less than if you had 2 lights. Light movers are good for a small boost of efficiency, letting the light move an extra foot or so. Trying to double your footprint with a light rail will produce light airy buds.

    CFL CLONING ? please help

I wouldn't use more than 2. I clone with indirect cfl light, the bulbs are off to the side over my pre-veg area. When it comes to cloning, I find less light is more.

plant split at fork where topped

I would treat with a preventative fungicide. These wounds are often an entry point for gray mold (botrytis) and other nastys. I like bio control, I use Serenade which is a helpful bacteria, bacillus subtillus

Also, do fungus gnats lower the pH of the solution? I figured that might be causing a lockout?

Aero cloning help needed *pics inside*

Hi! I use a DIY aero cloner too. I bought that knee pad you used for plugs as well. With that, I have also had a 0% success rate. However, when I plug Rockwool cubes in the holes instead, I've had a 100% success rate! I've found they root the fastest when the bottom is always wet and the top of...

White powder on my leaves help!!!

Powdery Mildew, reducing humidity isn't incredibly effective against PM. I use serenade, Bacillus Subtillus, it stinks like hell though. Other treatments include a foliar spray with a ph of 8 or a diluted milk foliar feeding.

    Rusty spots, leaves dieing (pics)

These are Super Girl from clone. Under 24/0 T5 Flouro for veg. They are getting full strength Lucas formula with GH nutes for 3 weeks no problems. They are in DWC buckets. So a few days ago I noticed small rusty spots on some of the leaves on one plant. The next day the spots multiplied a great...

Fuzzy Grey Spots growing on Leaves

It's almost definitely powdery mildew. A google search will provide many possible solutions, including diluted milk or sodium/potassium bicarbonate foliar spray. Personally I use Serenade (i think what jake was talking about). It's a beneficial bacteria (Bacillus Subtillus) that you apply to...

Flowering - Browning and Curling Leaves

I'm using Pura Vida aggressive as well. I'm having a similar problem with one of my two plants. It is affecting both plants, but one significantly more than the other. I'm adding ground pelletized limestone now, think if its calcium or mag deficiency or overly acidic soil, them lime will help.
