so i got this halogen light, 250 watt, check it out, think itll do with like 2 cfl 11 watts? plus i got a lil grow box. fan on the outside blowing in cold air into the box(its got 2 holes on the top of all four sides) think thatll regulate air flow? and for moisture.. good idea to keep the water...
