I will be using 4 26 watt cfl's throughout the entire grow since i will be using an autoflowering plant. [for money reasons i will be using cfl's.] Will 104 watts be enough for two plants in a small grow room?

I am doing a feminised lowryder grown in a o Pc case. The diameter is only 7 inches. So I am guessing that the leaves would be hitting the side of the case. Would the plant still survive with that little amount of space? And he case is only about 18 inches tall.
