    Texans Follow me ! ! !

I just signed up at my new local normal chapter... our meeting last week had a packed house! I hope more people get involved to help raise awareness to the misinformed.

    Ridinslab's Perpetual Stealth Closet SOG

Well, I switched from the soiless to hydroton purely because it dirtied my res and because I was told Botanicare ships the mix with their hydro systems because it weighs the least, and it was pretty poor quality. Right now, I'm watering the hydroton 6 times a day, or every two hours. I'm...

    Ridinslab's Perpetual Stealth Closet SOG

I'm sorry it has taken so long to post up to anyone who cared. Anyways, I've made some improvements and worked out most of the bugs at this point. My plants suffered a little stress when I was on vacation, I had no idea how much more water they would consume with the higher temps and co2. I'm...

    1400 hps w/co2 & a/c

Nice cab man! Your so lucky to be able to run that A/C in there... 2 cabs with the 1000 for flower and 400 for veg sounds ideal. If not, have you thought about getting a conv. bulb and mixing the spectrum in your flower cab?

So my plan is to go get a 20lb. bottle and regulator tomorrow. I'm on the fence about running an environmental controller. :peace:

    Ridinslab's Perpetual Stealth Closet SOG

Thank you sir! I feel like my ventilation setup will do the trick, I'm just not 100% sure on the logistics of the ducting. The summer around here is hot as hell and all I'm working with is a 5000 btu window a/c in my room about 5 ft away from the closet door. I have another 4 inch squirrel...

    Ridinslab's Perpetual Stealth Closet SOG

Alright I'm starting my new journal. I recently redid my closet from the ground up, and I have clones begging to be planted tonight. I'm running a Quantum digital 600 HPS, 6 inch inline Can Fan, 4 inch Hydrofarm squirrel cage, and a 4 inch carbon filter. Everything blows into the attic. I will...

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Basically, the tray floods about 4-5 inches. So if you want to use the balls, make sure that the pots get almost all flooded. On the opposite end of the spectrum, rockwool, you would flood about one inch. I would recommend those 8 inchers with soiless mix for sure. But thats just my take.

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

No new pics yet, that will come :eyesmoke:. My flowering room is being totally redone. I wouldn't run the 8 inch pots if you want to flood hydroton, the tray only fills like 4 inches. If you want to flood, get a bag of better soilless mix than it comes with so it will wick up into the whole...

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Probably your best bet man. I would also look into a drip kit for that. 6 hoses would be easy to maintain and would water the roots a little better. All you would need is a fitting/splitter for the flood fitting and the 1/4 hose.

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Well the tray is 2 feet wide and 3 feet long so you have some room to play with. Your best bet would be to go to your local hydro shop and check out there pots in a turbogarden to get exactly what you need, cause it does have the drain fittings and the little res door notch. The bigger the...

2-Liter SOG 12 Plant Perpetual Stealth

Bugs can come in on your cat if it frequents the garden... I'd keep her outside  Pretty clean little stealth grow there. Looks good brother!

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Too kind Yeti... as far as advice man besides the usual checking ppm, tds, flushing res, etc., the 14 pots that come with the TG are small... don't grow from seed in these pots, I would only put rooted clones in them. They got pretty root bound in mine. If you aren't growing 14 plants, I would...

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Thank you very much! The weight is going to be light due to a lot of things I didn't do as well as I could have... But the quality of these genetics is so apparent. I cut down 2 brown indicas yesterday... they didn't yeild much but the bud is frosty and skunky sweet! I'm looking into buying a...

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Nice man I need to check into those. I've been spraying them with water nightly to slow the mites down, seems to have thinned them out although they have spread to almost all the plants. I'm going to give them a one week flush then chop. After this one, I'm going to strip and clean the room...

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

Sound info brotha!8-) I looked into some pred. mites but I don't think the $55 for 2000 is worth it for as little time as I have left. I will probably get some neem oil and bug traps. You said you put the sticky trap right on the grill of the fan?

    600w HPS / Turbogarden E&F / Feminized Mix

So, I found a few webs and some spidermites tonight. Now I realize why my leaves were yellowing and dying so badly, as well as the speckling. I think I may harvest this week, I don't want it to get out of hand. Should I just crush them with my fingertips or spray them with water or what?

Ok I'm having a lot of trouble posting a detailed reply right now without closing it out somehow. So this time it's just gonna be a short one with some pics. I like the TG I just can't dose each strain Yeti. I got the new door in. Starting a 2 week flush tonight. The water is 90 ppm.
