i have 25 gallon barrels of soil to move some indoor plants out to the soil is test at about 8.1 which may vary from barrel to barrel can i just compensate for this by ph'ing the water a little lower,.... thanks

anyone know a cheap source to get a good co2 regulator? not hydrofarm either, i already got a used one on ebay and it leaked all my co2 out something precise enough to turn down to 0.5 cf hour thanks
