looks good man. Dont worry about the spots. Check the ph of the water shouldnt be much higher than 6.0. Also u may want to flush and lower the nuts. I find this is usually from nut burn
needs no airstone as long as u manage properly i have four fairly large plants in a original ag. Just add water when needed. Also dont use but maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of nujt tab every 2 weeks.
