My lady is at 160 days into flowering and i am wondering if i should cut her down but i have no buds yet and the hairs are half amber and half white.:clap: Should I keep growing or cut her down? :weed:

I have a problem with my plant. It is 70 days old and 28 inches tall. And I am working with about 44 & 1/2 inches of space. and I'm not sure if I should start flowering or not. And if I do start what should I use or buy? And what are the feeding time's?I have been using fox farms oceans forest...
