I keep gettting light burn, I can’t move lights any more. I keep cutting it off, and it feels like I’m ruining the plant I’m 3 weeks into flower. could I try turning wattage on hsp down? First time grower, so any help would be appreciated

I’m 6 weeks into my indoor grow and plants are starting to reach lighting. any ideas how to stop them growing?
