of course you could always use neem oil. i've gotten them before, and they are quite a nuisance. Neem oil did however do the trick, just make sure you're still in veg phase before you spray em down!

Ok so i have these little worm like bugs swimming around in my ebb/flow system. they look very similar to a centipede but smaller. roughly an 1/8 to a 1/4 inch long, very thin, red, and it inches around in the water.. i put some hygrozime in there to kill it, but i'm gonna change the water...
