I harvested a week early because of aphids! hoping they will abandon ship! i cut plant whole a hanging upside down! Will they leave or will they stay?

MY Diesel ryder is 19 days old and seems alittle small! what do you think? cfl 55 watt 6500k bulb 20/4 light! started nute 2nd week every other watering! PLZ HELP
