Fixing low run off EC: increase input EC or increase fertigation events?

I'm using the GH flora series light feed schedule. I'm on week 2 of flower. I already use 2.5ml/gal of calmag. And my input ph is always between 5.8 and 6.2 and my run off ph has been around 6.1 consistently. I fertilize twice a day with at least 20% runoff. Conditions are usually 65 to 80...

Fixing low run off EC: increase input EC or increase fertigation events?

Title mostly says it all. But I'm growing in coco. I've never had a strain this picky. But the past week or so run off EC has been lower than input. I've been at 1.2 input and getting about 1 to 1.1 run off. I've had issues with this plant when input EC is too high so I'm hesitant to raise input...

    Discolored leaves

Well I meant 1.65 was the feed EC with is around 800 ppm. But that is also the recommended "light feed" amount from GH. But others here, as well as cocoforcannabis (my primary source) say 1.2 EC is more typical. Flushing, lowering EC to 1.2 and lowering calmag to 2.5ml/gal is my game plan

    Discolored leaves

Correct, I meant EC 1.65 And you're probably correct. I've read that as long as EC runoff wasn't over .3 above the feed EC then everything was okay. So that was my reasoning. But your solution makes sense. I will flush and lower feed EC to 1.2 and monitor. I should've known this could be the...

    Discolored leaves

I feed twice a day and usually ensure adequate run off. What's your reasoning behind the lower ph and EC recommendations? And thank you btw for your help

    Discolored leaves

I've had this issue since they were a seedling. Discolored leaves and eventually some brown spotting. Usually affecting top growth. I'm growing in coco using GH Flora series using their light feed schedule. I'm on week 4, been feeding an EC of about 1650 with PH of about 6.0 to 6.1. Most recent...

    Diagnosis help!!

I'm using GH Flora series with their "light" feed schedule. Currently starting week 3. EC has been around 1.2. Including 5ml p/gal of calmag since I'm growing in coco. PH always between 5.8 and 6.2. Fertilizing twice a day. Been seeing this issue for about a week and it's getting worse. I...

    Browning leaves please help!!!

It's def too big for the tent haha. But this was an autoflower so I didn't have much choice with veg time. I thought autos would be smaller haha. And this all started a couple weeks ago. It may have something to do with my new automatic watering system but I'm pretty good about checking the ec...

My light has a dimmer switch that may be useful for that. I also know there are some phone apps that can measure the light intensity but not sure of they are recommended

    Browning leaves please help!!!

I keep my thermometer close to the top of the canopy and it usually stays 70 to 75. I have a large fan at the base of the plant that blows up, then i have a ventilation system that draws air from the top. It's a 6inch vivosun ac with 390cfm which I think k is more than enough for my tent size of...

    Browning leaves please help!!!

They are pretty close to the light. But the temp at the canopy stays about 70 to 75 and rh about 40 to 55. I have a large fan under the canopy and an ac ventilation unit going 24/7. I have not seen any bugs

    Browning leaves please help!!!

I'm growing in coco. It's about the 5th week of flower and specifically only top leaves are starting to brown and die. It begins with brown spots on the tips of the top leaves and eventually speads to the rest of the leaf. I usually keep ph between 5.8 and 6.2. I'm using the gh flora series...

Diluting feed to desired EC level C1V1 = C2V2

So I follow the GH Flora series feed schedule, using their recommended formula and then diluting it to my desired EC level for feeding. However, I'd like to eventually set up an automatic feed system using a reservoir. To save time when creating bulk supply, instead of having to dilute the the...

Week 6 of flower. Please help :)

Yeah I know it's not ideal. Do you think defoliation this late would be healthy?

Week 6 of flower. Please help :)

If it helps, all of the brown spots were occurring only at the top of the two apical branches

Week 6 of flower. Please help :)

These are the most recent pics. I know the plant is cramped in the tent but this late into flower I didn't want to do anymore defoliation

Week 6 of flower. Please help :)

No I don't see any white on the plant, but it looks like Downey mildew can cause brown spots. But they don't seem to have a moldy or dusty texture so I don't believe it's mildew

I dont think it's powdery mildew at all. If anything Downey mildew

Week 6 of flower. Please help :)

To me, the brown spots def look like calcium deficiency and I'm also noticing the edges of the leaves curling which is indicative of calcium deficiency. And considering my run off EC and PH of my feed solution have been perfect I dont think it's lockout. I'm removing affected leaves, upping...
