My plants are giving us more and mor issues. I watered at 7.2 and the run off was at 5.2.... what can i do?!

Hello, i have 6 plants on day 19 of flower. We tested the run off and it is very low. 5.0. I dont have any lime on hand tonight, what can i do to raise my soils ph quickly? I have ph up, should i just adjust my water and almost flush the soil? Im using foxfarm soil. I appreceate all you help!
