    Fast Way To Dry

This may be almost ten years later, but I have, just today in fact, discovered that it is fine to dry buds in a microwave. Sometimes desperation calls for such things. Not so sure about all the steam bullshit though. I tried that but it seems just as good putting it straight into the microwave...

How long can I keep a..

When the roots run out of space they slow down on growth... just like if you place a young plant into propagation it will stall on growing and you could keep it for months like that, so long as you take care of it. I've never had to cut any root balls back... but I did run a heap of small pot...

    early harvest vs late harvest

Like I've just told you... for many years now I have watched my own plants go well past the normal harvest date and there is no effect on potency, if anything, the weed just gets stronger. That's my own experience and not a bunch of shit I've read on the web.

    marijuana flowers

Not much of defence mechanism then, eh. It does work as a defence mechanism to small insects. However for larger insects, it can act as an attractant. It also attracts larger predators, we're not the only animals that like to get high. The reason cannabis does that is for nutrients. Animals will...

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

I don't think overusing medium makes a difference... logically speaking one is still using the same concentration of nutes, simply spread over a larger area. It is just as easy to over fert a large medium as it is a smaller volume. Salt build ups in the unused areas of the medium will likely...

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

I probably spoke too soon. It depends on the quality of your water. You may need a pH meter.

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

You don't need to test for pH in soil. I haven't tested for pH in several years now and I grow in coco.

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

Your yield will be affected by a smaller volume for root growth but nutrient uptake won't be affected. I've grown deep water through to full harvest in a 500ml pot before... also grown shallow water (a shared SoG) in 2" of water. You can also go overkill on the medium.

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

Make sure it's a bloom oriented nute though. Something high in P and K... low in N.

So long as it is dark you can leave her anywhere. Watch for drastic temp changes... MJ doesn't like cold nights.

    Help!! yellow/orange leaf tips

Looks like a K deficiency to me. That could be down to over fertilisation, but if you haven't fed then it seems unlikely. Maybe the soil is just running out of K. MJ uses a lot of it. Now might be a time to add some bloom nutes. K deficiency usually starts at the top of the plant and works its...
