Im not a botanist but that looks like chlorosis- the plant cant produce chlorophyll for some reason. from the looks of your soil, my guess would be poor drainage. this particular plant may be more sensitive than the other two. heres an article i found on chlorosis hope it helps...

yes i learned a 300 dollar mistake lol. the 2 strains i was able to grow out (strawberry cough and goldleaf) are about to enter flower now and both plants are healthy. hopefully they produce some dank.
