Try to up the humidity if you air is clean it shouldnt be that it looks like heats stress. It could be chemicals effecting the plant from the air. My bet is heat stress.

Hey it is heat stress try to check the temp more often it should not be higher than 85 degrees. Mist her and lower the temp it can recover.

You can put the lights on 24-0 when you plant the sedds in the soil for warmth and the seedlings benifit for reachin to the light from the inside of the soil
