I would put a small fan on them blowing very lightly so that it helps strengthen their stalks before flowering because if you flower them and the buds become to big then will start to lean / bend and possible even brake so before flowering deff have a fan on them:weed:

well that but proibly because you can have the CFLs almost touching unless you use plexy glass setup for the lights and a fan taking the hot air out the plants can touch the glass and not get hurt.
