This is my second grow, this time im starting off with 13 seeds from random sacs in Dixie cups (seeds have germinated for 3 days prior), CFL's in old bathroom vanity sockets (2 strands tied together, 8 total sockets), wood top w/reflective backing. This is in a chest (about 18" x 3' x 1')...
