yeah i stopped using it anyways cus my high pressure sodium seems to be doing an excellent job by itself, ill definetly look into getting a couple cfl's in the mean time though. thanks for the help

From what i understand, halogen lights are no good for one reason, they put out to much heat, so would it be ok to use one as a supplement to my HPS as long as i put it a few feet from the plants? Sorry if this is a stupid question, im new to indoor growing.
