Definitely bugs, desected and found one poking out. Any suggestions on what to do?

I believe i have an issue with my plants. First time grower. Plants seemed to be doing very well. Looks like brown sugar all over my plants. I don't see any bugs, but I'm worried that it may be bug related.....of i can be really stupid and it's something good. Please see attached pictures.

hey all, New to forum. Have 4 girls outside that were doing fantastic. Up until about a week ago I've been getting a lot of yellowing, leaving falling off, and one plant I'm getting very thing leaves. I think I'm looking at nitrogen deficiency....but I'm not sure. I've attached some images...
