Get dumber friends? Sheesh ya can’t hide a grow cabinet in plain sight unless your friends are stoopid. The only way you can convince people who ask is to show them, “what’s in the cabinet”, ahh well umm it’s a toilet block.

You’re already doing it. Your first grow, 100 too many plants or so, sounds like a good way to start. You’ll learn a lot from this one so just do it and experience. That’s my advise. You’ll most certainly do it differently next time, we always do ;)

Give them light, feed them water with kind amounts of nutrients and don’t helicopter parent them. Learn from your experience and know you won’t get it right the first time and that is ok, in fact you’ll never get it right if you strive for the best you can personally do. Most of all, enjoy it

Doesn’t look good, dead fan leaves equals high potential for rot/mold at the stem. Those leaves show the tell tale signs of rot. Open up the bud where the fan leaf is and look in, if you see mold or if the bud pulls apart easily then you have mold or not. It seems bad to pull apart a bud but...

You do need to expel the air in the room for a few minutes once an hour or two though even with Co2 and of course during the night hours no Co2 just fresh air. Carbon scrubber on the exhaust. Safe

You are in flower when you change the light cycle to 12/12, are you aware of this? Buds will start to form 1-3 weeks after switching to 12/12.
