Fox farm ocean forest in flower

IMO, you'd be better off growing them in larger containers and/or top dressing with dry amendments instead.

Some Cannabis Leaves Developing Rounded Tips??

If you FIMmed the plant then the top leaves could be a result from that, but there is also some bug or critter damage on that plant. There are some bug eggs clearly visible on the leaf in the 3rd picture.

Anyone had any problems with mars hydro??

I program control systems for a living and the amount of "technicians" a lot of these companies have on the support lines don't know shit about their own products or how things work. Most of them are minimum wage employees who's job is to try to take care of you without having to bother the...

    Solution For High Heat Problem

Yes, the less hose the better. This is what I used for my intakes (no hose needed at all for them) and you can get them in just about every common vent hose size. Here's how mine look installed

Anyone had any problems with mars hydro??

The power supply has a positive and a negative wire that goes to the board. If one section of the board isn't lighting up then that is an issue with the circuitry of the board.

    Solution For High Heat Problem

I agree. If you are worried about light getting in then just get a louvered vent cap.

Anyone had any problems with mars hydro??

They are feeding you a load of buullshit. There's no way that would be caused by a power supply issue. That is an issue with the traces and/or diode soldering.

    Solution For High Heat Problem

Yeah, I vent into the room during the cooler/dryer months and out the window when it's hot and humid.

That's how I would do it, too.

    Solution For High Heat Problem

I would either mount that fan higher up on the wall or I would put a piece of plywood on top of the tent and screw the fan to that. All those bends and the length of hose is just adding drag and making the airflow louder.

    Is this normal?

It’s normal, especially if you stop feeding toward the end. Its basically fading and showing its fall colors.

    Solution For High Heat Problem

You can get a more accurate reading if you get something that has a small wired temperature probe. The smaller surface area helps prevent it from absorbing the heat from the light.

Please Help!!! Should I cut these leaves off my clones???

If they are dry then I’d cut them off. If there are only a few leaves with holes in them then it probably wouldn’t make much of a difference if you remove them or leave them. If the majority of my plant is healthy, and I see a couple damaged leaves, then I just pluck them off.

When do i switch to flower ?

I find indoor growing to be a lot more relaxing and enjoyable. Unpredictable weather and bugs just ruin outdoor growing for me. I have some going outside now, and they are healthy, but I get covered in ticks every time I go out to check on them.

When do i switch to flower ?

A single plant could take over that whole area, by the time it's ready for harvest, unless you keep trimming her back during veg.

Yeah, they can bring in a lot of nasty shit. Hope you get it all figured out soon!

Is it better to grow a lot of untrained plants or fewer trained plants?

The biggest issue with synthetics is they are supposedly really bad for the environment. I'm doing my first organic grow, but I'm doing it more for the learning experience than anything else, and I do like it much more than growing with synthetics. I also grow in soil, though, so I would...

When do i switch to flower ?

That really depends on the makeup of the soil in your ground there. Most people who grow straight in the ground usually top dress around the trunk of the plant with organic amendments (worm castings, blood meal, store box premixes, etc). Whether you grow in pots, or in the ground, I would...
