    Nutrients for flowering in soil

I've been trying to find some nutrients for the flowering stage at a reasonable price, and I haven't been able to. I've seen flora trio for around $37, but right now I really only need the micro and the bloom, but I can't find just those two at a reasonable price. I was looking at the botanicare...

Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Strip Build Attachment to Frame

After I started building the light, I realized my budget was getting eaten up very quickly because I had to buy all these tools I didn't have.

Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Strip Build Attachment to Frame

Thought about it, but I want something I can easily remove or take off. Was honestly thinking some type of velcro command strip.

Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Strip Build Attachment to Frame

Yeah, I'm gonna be running them without a heatsink at ~1000ma. From this post https://www.rollitup.org/t/bridgelux-eb-gen-2-thermals.957453/, it seems like heat won't be too much of a problem. Also, User Chip Green says he runs all of his eb gen 2's at 1050 ma no heatsink and has fine thermals.

Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Strip Build Attachment to Frame

I saw videos of people using self-tapping screws, I guess I could use those if there is no better alternative. I feel like that might be the best bet for me if I want to do this correctly though.

Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Strip Build Attachment to Frame

Hey, I currently have a completed frame and 9 Bridgelux strips I need to attach to the frame. Originally I planned on drilling all of the holes and securing the strips to the frame using nuts and bolts. While Putting the frame together, I had a lot of trouble with my screws stripping and even...

Where To Buy Good Quality Wire?

Yeah, probably going to end up doing that.

Where To Buy Good Quality Wire?

Yeah, I was looking at home depot's website and couldn't find any listing for 18 gauge wire which is sold in store. Will be using bridgelux eb gen 2 strips, and as far as I've seen, most people use stranded and are fine. For the price, 100ft of wire for $14 just seems like my best deal. It will...

Where To Buy Good Quality Wire?

Yeah, it honestly wouldn't be too big of a problem. I would definitely be able to differentiate positive from negative, but I wish there was like a 50ft red/ 50ft black combination which was around the same price. I don't really want to use the CCA wire which is what is mostly sold on amazon...

Where To Buy Good Quality Wire?

I was creating my own light build, and I was wondering what type of wire you guys use. Most of the good quality wire seems pretty expensive on amazon. I am looking for 18 gauge wire. I found this wire...

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

0-10v dimming is different from potentiometer dimming. It's hard to find any good explanations of what each one does though. For potentiometer dimming, the Meanwell drivers have a 100 microamp (typical) source current running through their dimming leads which is mostly constant, it says on their...

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

Another option for dimming is using 0-10v variable voltage dimming. It's also hard to find any good information on 0-10v dimming which isn't related to household lighting though. If you have any good options for a cheap 0-10v setup, that would work too.

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

Also, about wagos. On amazon those are like 15 bucks for a 25 pack or like $10 for 10. I could buy a cheap soldering iron for around $10. Is soldering better than using wagos?

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

These drivers do have dimming capability. There isn't too much data on the resistive dimming though. Most I could find was this thread https://ledgardener.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=747&sid=f5c3df443ed4d5e6c1a6eb182e2fa761 From the looks of it a 40k would be good for one driver and use the...

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

Using these drivers https://hubbellcdn.com/specsheet/LED-75W.pdf. The total output would be ~176 watts at 3 strips per driver 1000ma ea. They are all going to be on a single frame. All of those cords wouldn't fit in a single plug I don't think though.

    Wiring Multiple Drivers

I am going to be doing a Bridgelux led light strip build, and I am going to be using 3 drivers. I was wondering what the best way to wire the ac connection on these drivers should be. I thought about connecting each one to a 3 wire grounding...

    Led Strip Light Spacing

Ah, ok. Also, I was viewing this recent thread https://rollitup.org/t/samsung-f-strip-build.1007017/ He is powering his strips in parallel, and I would be too. Is it really worth the time to add in fuses for each strip? I figure I shouldn't have too much of a problem in the short run with a...

    Led Strip Light Spacing

As for the spectrum of the strips, I heard 3500k is pretty much what everyone recommends. Would it be more beneficial for me to have a couple of different color temperatures though?

    Led Strip Light Spacing

Yeah, my drivers would have dimming capabilities so I would rather have too much light than too little.
