Reef lamps are metal halide. After checking into these ushios- I am now thinking to try them. Is that a reputable website link to purchase from? Or just an example link to the bulb? I could use recomendations for good/bad sites to order from.

Ive compared the Ushio bulbs to many others already in the saltwater reef community.....don't think I will pull the trigger on that brand again- even if I could be wrong. Not saying they aren't good for this application, but wasted enough $$$ already with this brand to try in this one.

Saw the Hortilux bulbs, but also saw Gavita brand....didn't know gavita did HPS bulbs.... Was leaning toword Hortilux till I saw them. Got me wondering what other bulbs are out there, since Hortilux are the only good ones I know.

Looking for sugestions. Ran off variable/wattage adjustable E-ballest. Thx.

Also- going back to the M3 soil on the flip for what's waiting for its turn in the veg room. Will stick to some advanced nuts sups, but add recharge and mammoth p while I am at it being the only difference between my first legal indoor grow here in MI.

No northern lights....seed turned out to be a non purple pheno of the gdp. Smells just like gdp, just looks alot different.
