Sorry its been a long time but been busy So I sprouted my seeds, and planted then in party cups im giving them 18 hours of light, 3 of them have sprouted out of theyre soil and they are....BEAUTIFUL:) Will post some pictures later on but can some1 tell me how?

Does anyone know where I can get a 400W cheap ballast kit? I figured you NEED a ballast, right? I shouldnt have to do any wiring, cuz im no electrician.... so cheap ballast 400W HPS BULB...thank you oh if u find a small, but nice reflector, also CHEAPPPP
