I did mine electronically on 8/22. I paid by credit card. Last friday i got the letter saying the picture was bad. The rep from the county health department called and got it fixed. She said they were sending,my cardnand i should get in T in 10 business days

Just got a call from county. They called the state and its fixed and i should get it in 10 days.

Uhg got a letter from idph that claimed the photo was bad. I went through the county to fill out the paperwork and they did the pic. Incalled them and they dont get what they are talking about. Shecwas upset and is calling them.
