my lights off soil temps for seedlings are around 65 degrees , maybe even less due to a new grow place. they are a little slow growing and more pale than I like, is there a optimum temp to shoot for and simple solution please thanx, goathead

I have never grown outside before so i put out a harvested b-52 on a whim to see what would happen, well its growing like crazy.:clap: I put it in a patch of poison oak so it needs to be kept low, any help welcomed
