Is this mildew or trikes?

I’m growing Sensi skunk after 4 weeks veg I’ve flipped to 12/12 after 2 weeks I’ve seen very little stretch the plant is only about 30cm tall. Will she continue to grow or will she stay this small now? Growing in coco using biobizz using 200w COB LED.

I've flipped to 12/12 a week ago but want to put back into veg for a bit longer as I want to do a bit more with the scrog. Is this possible or will i somehow fuck up the plant?

I just got a hipargero 200W COB LED that using Cree LEDs. The PAR readings are exactly the same as my Fridays DIY COB that he spent double building! Only had it running 24 hours but the plants are loving them highly recommended!!
