i would like to start to grow outdoors. 1) can i move indoor strain outdoors and vice verse? what would be easier? 2) It is better to grow in a greenhouse or under clear sky? 3) how old at least plants should be to succesfuly replant them outdoors? 4)what strains you would suggest that would...

Is the use of the capacitor optional? Can I use a 400w HPS or MH bulb with a ballast and an ignitioner but without the capacitor? What would be the difference?
