My seedling seems to be developing well, but I found these 2 little brown "hairs" coming out of the middle of the first fan leaves. Is it normal? P.S.: I searched the forums for similar problems and couldn't find any threads relating to it.

So, my seed just popped off the soil today and she's looking like this. I feel like the seed case fell off too soon, cause no cotyledons. Is she okay?
