I'm got 4 tops under 1 200 watt cfl cool blue and another 200 cfl red I can't have a fan so I'm giving them co2 tablets also my time on lights are 12/12 I'm using canna nuerts and the boost Will that be anuff now it's seems slow please help

I'm using 2 cfls 1 at 250 cool blue and 200 red cfl on 4 plants and giving them co2 tablets as fan makes to much noise would that be anuff light
