Hey everyone I have no idea what's going on with my plants, in the veg stage it's been like this for About 2 weeks now stoping me from going to flower . I tried everything , it's a flood and drain system a 4x4 table floods 3 times a day during the night .

Not sure what this is . Can anyone help me and is my plant going to recover ?
