I transplanted from a 1 gallon to a 3 gallon but didnt loosen up the root ball at all. Is this going to be a problem? are the roots still going to escape and fill out the 3 gallon?

New grow. 400w hps. Cant seem to get humidity to go above 35%. is this going to be a problem?
