Just built together grow box I have a Hps 600watt with all painted white flat killz and a 4 inch ventech ventilation

So I planted this seed about a week ago it sprouted in about 3 days and is now stuck like this should I get tweezers and try to remove the seed shell or leave it be thank guys!
