First grow, how often do you all change out the res? Or do you just keep adding nutes as you see the PPMs go down? Thanks all

So my clones are starting to root, my question is can i just take the plugs they are currently in(coco) and just drop them in the hydroton net pots I have set up for my DWC undercurrent, or do I have have to take the root mass out of the plugs and set them in that way? Thanks in advance!
