8 ohm amplifier..if you connect two 8ohm speakers in parallel it draws 4 ohms..it might fry..
connect two 8ohm speakers in series it draws 8ohms....
600watt speaker connected to a 500watt amp...it works fine...
so maybe sunpulse matched ohms on their ballast and bulbs?????
check impedance (ohms)...
