I have 6 White Rhino seedlings under 4x 42 watt CFLs. How close should my seedlings be to the CFLs? Obviously the closer they get, the hotter the temperature. Is it better to have them farther away from the lights so it's not so hot? Any advice is appreciated. I'll upload pics in a few minutes.

Is there a pruning technique to create more leaves? My plant's leaves are spaced far apart and there's only a few of them. I'm hoping there's a way to start more leaves so my plant will suck up more light. Any advice?
